What is Class Like?
How to Get Involved
SAFE AT HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY TAKES A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE.
Training is provided by a licensed physical
therapist, certified RSB coaches and the
support of cornermen. The classes include an exercise program where boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork, and overall strength to defend against the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. We work to build strength, reaction time, improve balance, and help you walk and move better. Workouts include focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, jump rope, core work, calisthenics, and circuit weight training.
No boxing experience is necessary and people of all ages are invited to participate. Boxers, both male and female, any age.
