• A Get Fit to Play Golf gift card is a great way to help improve your golf-ability. These gift cards will keep on giving well beyond the holiday season.

                                                              How It Works

​

It is simple.  Recipients call to schedule the first appointment, then we come right to their home. Gift cards  are delivered in holiday envelopes and shipped free of charge.

​

Fitness and Golf Gift Cards can be purchased in 3, 6 or 12 sessions and can be spread out and used as the recipient chooses. 

​

"Keep on Moving" © Classes are offered  Mondays at Fridays from 1 to 2 pm at the Legacy at Fairways on High St. in Victor, and The Wellness Center in Fairport, (29 Pleasant st.). Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.

​

All Sessions are one hour, with Robin Barclay, Physical Therapist, Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults.
