Now more than ever it is important that we embrace wellness. Routine exercise is the first step. When we exercise we create new neurons (neurogenesis), create new, (and reorganize) connections (neuroplasticity), and release neurotransmitters that improve brain function (neurochemistry). According to Juliette Tocino-Smith, MSc.* ten neurological benefits of exercise are:

  • Increased energy, focus and attention

The assessments help us track your progress, recommend the right classes, compare your times to age norms and help you do the things you want to do.
